Tech Timeout: 2024 ATL Edition

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re hosting a Tech Timeout to do a sound bath meditation. This event is based on our self-care card activity, #49 Let Your Mind Wander

We'll be doing intention-setting meditation followed by a sound bath. Sound baths can help:

  • Reduce stress
  • Improve sleep
  • Relax body and mind
  • Increase physical awareness 
  • Increase focus
  • Increase mental awareness and clarity
